Stretching, light cardio and exercises based around gymnastics
Service Description
Adult fitness sessions for those aged 16+. Sessions start with gentle stretching and a spot of light cardio, followed by a mixture of structure and own time to train on the equipment, then finish with a gentle cool down with more stretching. There is no participant upper age limit - our current class includes participants aged from 16 to 70! Come and join us for a fun and friendly workout session :) Please note, there are limited parking spaces at the Unit so we cannot guarantee parking; however, there are some parking alternatives nearby. Day: Mondays Time: 7.15-8.15pm Age: 16+ (no upper age limit!) REFUNDS: As a small charity that reinvests our profits into the Club, we cannot offer refunds on activities for which we have already paid for venue hire, staffing, insurances and other incurred costs. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of the Head Coach. If you wish to discuss such a matter, please email the Head Coach (admin@viva-gymnastics.club); please DO NOT request refunds from coaches at the door, as our coaches will not be able to advise you anything other than to email your query to the Head Coach. OTHER: We operate a zero tolerance policy on rude and aggressive behaviour towards staff.
