A Polite Reminder

Please can every parent/guardian ensure that your gymnasts are arriving at their sessions dressed in appropriate clothing for the sport of gymnastics.

Examples of appropriate clothing include:

Shorts or leggings

T-shirts

Leotards

Shoes gymnasts can take off and put on by themselves

Example of INAPPROPRIATE clothing include:

Jeans

School uniform

Skirts or dresses

Anything with studs or buckles such as belts (which are dangerous to gymnasts and damaging to equipment)
